I had planned to invest in a property and at the same time, wanted to make it sure that there is positive cash flow from it. Thus, I was in search of someone who will help me in both the matters and ultimately my search ended with the discussion I had with Paul and Karen. They very understood people and gave me full assurance that I will never be at a loss after dealing with them. What I had to do was to just keep complete trust in them.
They found a very good property for me and later on I entered into a joint venture with them. True to their word, till this date I am having positive cash flow from the property I own [which is in a very good location] with their assistance and amount keeps on pouring into my account on regular basis every month without failure.
Now, at this point, I have earned more than what I have invested and if I plan to sell it then I am sure that it will fetch me even double, which is surely a gain.
There is truly a positive cash flow through them
