With Vendor Finance at our service, selling, buying or giving a property on rent becomes an easy task.
Everyone has their own way of saving money, some invest in gold whereas some invest in business and some like me invest in properties.  Like gold, rate of properties also keep on increasing. Negative gearing properties are either property that is unattended for a long time, may be due to non–availability of renters or was supposed to be sold but couldn’t find suitable buyer.
A property owned by me was lying idle since long time. I was planning to sell it but due to either unavailability of proper buyers or due to fewer rates, I couldn’t sell it. Moreover, it was away from the place where I live and so, I couldn’t maintain it also.

An easy way to generate positive cash flow without much difficulty is by giving the house on rent.My grandfather had handed over his house to me and as I was already having a house of my own, I decided to give it on rent.
This house was a little away from my residence and maintaining it was also important.I decided to contact Paul and Karen, two nice people who had helped my friend to get a renter for his property.My friend always says that the renters selected by them are trustworthy.He has been giving his house on rent since last five years and every time the renters were selected by these two people only.

Within two months I got a renter and there was positive cash flow in my account every month since then.My property is well maintained and the renter is also very understanding people.

Properties Should Not be Left Unattended


Some people have properties more than they need and doesn’t make proper use of it.  These types of negative gearing properties give a very bad look as it is not maintained properly and some of them, if unattended for a long period give a ghostly look.
Timely maintenance of property is required otherwise it should be given on rent so that it is always attended to.  Vendor Finance, apart from buying and selling also helps in finding a renter for the properties that we would like to give on rent.  Since last few years, I used to take the help of these people to give my property on rent.  These people are very coordinative in nature and understand our requirements well.  We have to just inform our needs and they will do the rest.

With the help of Vendor Finance, I have sold a property as well as bought one currently.
I was in search of a good job for years, but couldn’t find it in my native place.   After searching for quite a long period, I got it but it was far from my home.  I was left with no other option, but to sell my house and purchase a new one.  Selling and buying a property is not an easy job, but the Vendor Finance I appointed made this job easy for me.  Within no time, the property I owned was sold by them and they have also found a property for me at the new place.

Earning from a Property I Possess


My sister and I were born and brought up here and a year ago, we had decided to return to our motherland, India.  We had never been there and so, we were doubtful if we would be able to settle there.  Not ready to take a chance, we decided to give our house on rent and as a result, generate positive cash flow from it.
We then contacted Vendor Finance for this, as they take complete responsibility of the work they handle and we don’t have to think of it further.  We gave them the details and have moved to our homeland.  After nearly a month of our shifting, I received a call from them informing that both houses, mine and my sister’s have been given on rent.  From next month onwards, there was positive cash flow in our account and we were assured about it.

I have been earning positive cash flow from two to three properties, which I own.
If we invest in shares, then when the market is not good the rates would go down and at times, we don’t even get the money we have invested.  Same is the case with various other investments, but if we invest in properties it will always be a gain for us.
Whenever I gather some money I invest it in property, as I have found that it is a good mode of investment, which would never be a loss as I can also generate positive cash flow from it by giving the property on rent.
I have recently bought a property and have then contacted Paul and Karen to give it on rent.  They have arranged for the renters in no time and the property is also safe, as they have taken completely responsibility of the renters and have assured that the property is safe with them.
